- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- Mix together all ingredients except corn flakes and 1/2 cup butter. Pour it all into 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until golden brown.
