Makes 2 generous portions
- 2 cups milk
- 1 banana
- Strawberries (as many as you like - frozen berries are great) (I put about 6 in mine)
- 1 tbsp. sugar (or more to taste)
- A splash of vanilla
- Ice (optional) (I don't have ice in my house so I didn't use it)
(I wanted mine a little more substantial so I put it in the freezer for 20 minutes. A little longer would be good too... It was a very good smoothie.)
